I have now had three consultations with Fiona Tsang-Wright for breast cancer. From the outset she put me at ease and instilled confidence. She took time to explain everything in detail, drawing diagrams as necessary, and answered my questions. She is warm and friendly, efficient and professional - all the qualities one could wish for in a surgeon. I would add that everyone on her team is caring and compassionate. She will be performing my breast surgery together with another consultant surgeon and I have the utmost trust in her judgement and skill. To be told you have breast cancer is a shock. When you are being told you have breast cancer for the third time, there are no words to describe the feelings and thoughts you experience. I had a lumpectomy in 1993 with chemo and radiotherapy. Then I had a new breast cancer in the other breast in 2010, again a lumpectomy, chemo and radiotherapy. On both occasions I felt the lumps while showering. Then a lump was found on a routine mammogram in 2022 which I could not feel. Hence my first meeting with Fiona Tsang-Wright. I felt instantly safe, she is kind, caring and a truly lovely person, she is reliable, dependable and was at my side holding my hand preparing me for my double . Appointments are a real pleasure and both my husband and I look forward to seeing her each time. There are no formalities, she explains everything clearly and with kindness and time. Decisions are made together, she is a good listener and your views and questions are respected. I am so very fortunate to know this lovely lady and future follow up appointments are no longer something to dread. Fiona is a wonderful human being who instinctively has to ability to calm any worries with her total sincerity and I totally one hundred per cent trust her advice and care. Thank you just isn't enough.

I had my appointment with Dr. Fiona Tsang-Wright a few days ago for a concerning lump. The care I received through such a stressful time was exceptional. I had a thorough consultation and examination and this was followed up immediately with all the necessary tests so that I had quick results. This avoided all the stress and worry of having to return for further tests. I cannot recommend Dr Tsang-Wright more highly. I found her welcoming, informative and I felt extremely reassured being under her care. The whole team were brilliant from start to finish and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. Despite the worrying time, this was a really positive experience and I am privileged to have her as my doctor.

I visited Dr. Fiona Tsang-Wright last year and again last week for an annual check up and on both occasions I was given excellent care. I had been concerned about one or two issues this year and was given an extremely thorough examination, so that I came home feeling confident and reassured that everything was ok. Dr. Tsang-Wright is extremely caring and spent as much of her time as was necessary to ensure that she left nothing unchecked. She provided quick results within a short time of having the tests, avoiding any unnecessary worry and stress, and included detailed diagrams with clear explanations of the results. I cannot recommend Dr. Tsang-Wright highly enough. She is welcoming and immediately comforting, easy to talk to and extremely helpful and informative. These positive attributes fill one with confidence and therefore instantly put one at ease, knowing that you are in safe, excellent hands.

I was a second year physician student working in the breast unit for one week. I had a wonderful experience. Dr Tsang-Wright was my supervisor, she was super organised and helped me achieve a timetable so that I could gain an overall understanding of how the department is set out. She was also amazing at educating/teaching me during my time, despite how busy she was. I am now basing my uni case study assignment on one of the patients I saw in breast. Dr Tsang-Wright was very inspiring- I would definitely like to come back and work in this department as a Physician Associate one day.

I cannot recommend Dr Fiona Tsang-Wright and Dr Emma Hughes highly enough. I was lucky that everything turned out to be OK but they were both so attentive, put you at ease straight away and really listened and explained things clearly. It was also such a relief to get everything looked at (mammogram and ultrasound) at the initial appt without having to come back and spend more time worrying. If something had of been wrong I could not have wished for better doctors.

Going to see a breast consultant is a worrying time, you don’t know what you’re going to hear. Right from the first hello she puts you totally at ease. Everything was explained about what she was doing and why, and after a scan and mammogram and the draining of a painful cyst, I was able to go home a very relieved lady! She is a wonderful lady, highly recommended as are all the staff I dealt with at The Chiltern Hospital.

I saw Dr. Fiona Tsang-Wright after finding a lump on my breast. I had the most amazing experience with her and her team. Never had similar experience before. Her setting is very well planned as I've done the mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy on the same appointment. I feel very safe with Dr Tsang-Wright from the moment of diagnosis and being on my own to planning my imminent surgery. I experience her as warm hearted and kind, gentle, honest too if I’m over worrying about things, thorough, understanding and she looks out for my husband in all this too. My last question to her in my recent consultation when we planned my surgery was ‘ will you be in charge on the day?’ (meaning in theatre) and she said “Yes” I asked that because of the feeling safe and trusting in her hands. I feel like I’m handing myself over to her. She also brings a lovely feel of equality to the meetings we’ve had, for example the shopping list that fell out of my bag as I rummaged for something! and she told me her shopping was being delivered, the jacket I wore on the day was white and my husband told me I looked like a doctor myself!! We laughed about that. Dr Tsang-Wright brings that feeling of humanness and normal every day things aswell as being super professional and all the qualities I’ve mentioned above. I feel thankful to be in her care. My husband feels trusting too which is equally important. We are having a short break away prior to surgery and She asked us to send a postcard. She’s simply lovely!

Miss Tsang-Wright is efficient, responsive, caring, kind and very talented at the mechanics of her job too. She and Mr Tanos worked brilliantly together on my mastectomy and reconstruction and both of them took the time to come and see me in hospital afterwards and make sure I was doing well. What impressed me particularly was Miss Tsang-Wright's communication with me and across the team. She always gave me results almost as soon as she had them by telephone, keeping me updated and well informed, which was reassuring and also enabled us to discuss the decisions we made about my treatment so that I felt involved and consulted. She is a really lovely person, but also gets the job done efficiently and my treatment went so smoothly thanks to her effective project management. In terms of the surgery itself, the two surgeons have done an amazing job, saving my nipple and leaving me with a perfectly good figure, healthy scars and a nice flat tummy! My breasts are a little out of sync, but I really can't complain. And I am cancer-free (as far as I know), which is fantastic and I am so grateful for the speed with which I was treated, and the effectiveness of that treatment, based on their advice and expertise. Thank you so much, Miss Tsang-Wright, for everything you have done for me, and for being talented technically as well as empathetic and efficient. One year on, I am running long distances, playing netball and living my normal life, thanks to you.

Dr Tsang-Wright is an amazing surgeon, professional, skillful with a good bedside manner, I wouldn't hesitate recommending her. After years of chronic health issues, I have had multiple visits to conventional doctors and hospitals and had some quite traumatic experiences, this has put me off conventional medicine and I now have my health back thanks to Systematic Kinesiology which I now practice and help others. When I knew I needed to go for scan at High Wycombe hospital I had a massive sense of dread because of previous experience. It was my first visit to High Wycombe hospital and I was totally blown away, all the staff were amazingly friendly, organised and helpful! Dr Tsang-Wright was incredible, she was very friendly and warm and made you feel genuinely listened to and validated, please keep up the good work, a lot for other doctors could take a leaf out of her book, its not just ticking technical boxes to treat a condition its important to remember their is a human being in front of you! Fiona Tsang-Wright is currently treating me for breast cancer at Wycombe Hospital. She exudes competence and confidence and immediately put me at ease with an appropriate balance of professionalism and empathy.
She has always listened to my concerns and taken time to answer my questions fully and clearly. Appointments and telephone calls have never been rushed, despite busy clinics and, on the days of surgery, she took time to put me at ease and explain everything clearly (again, despite a very busy list).
I believe that Fiona is an excellent surgeon, both in terms of her technical competence and experience and her manner with patients - a balance that surgeons do not always manage to strike! Dr Tsang-Wright was very professional and caring. She took great care in explaining what was wrong and how she was going to surgically remove the affected breast tissue.
CANCER is a frightening word but Dr Tsang-Wright did make it easier by listening and answering our(husband present) questions with calmness and at a level that clarify things in our mind with the different options and outcome, positive and negative. The operation went as planned and I was glad to hear that all the affected tissue had been removed successfully and now I can look forward to the next stage of my treatment.

I met Mrs. Tsang-Wright (Fiona) alongside my mum, who was meeting her for breast surgery. In total, we met Fiona pre-operation, on the day of her operation, and post-op. Mrs. Tsang-Wright is currently a Consultant in Wycombe Hospital (not a registrar as her profile suggests).
I am well aware of the GMC requirements for providing Good Medical Care, and feel that Fiona meets these requirements and beyond. Honestly, I would say that Fiona provided EXCEPTIONAL care. My mum was absolutely terrified, but Fiona has excellent communication skills and bucket loads of empathy. She made my mum feel very comfortable, she had a lovely bedside manner and she explained everything very well using easy to understand, non-jargon filled language.
I know that clinics are always busy, but Mrs. Tsang-Wright made us feel like she had all the time in the world, was happy to answer any question no matter what it was, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My mum has an excellent prognosis, but this did not reduce Fiona's time for her, and Fiona did not just provide this excellent care for my mum, she did it for me as well, and that was greatly appreciated. I cannot put a value on all of that. We immediately felt at ease, comfortable and that we could trust her absolutely.
On the day of surgery she was calm, confident and competent, and the surgery itself went very smoothly. Mrs. Tsang-Wright went out of her way to communicate with me both before and after my mum's surgery and I was so grateful for that. It was genuinely beyond what I was expecting (and I have high expectations), and I was very impressed.
We recently had the post-op appointment. My mum has healed very nicely and is now being referred on as appropriate. Fiona was able to give my mum all the information she now needs to be empowered to make her own decisions about her ongoing care.
Thank you for being so considerate, it made a difficult experience that much more tolerable. The stereotype of surgeons, unfortunately, is that it is okay if they do not have good communication skills so long as they're good surgeons, but you have great communication skills and are a great surgeon. Thank you.

She made me feel very special before, during and after surgery. She carefully explained all posibilities and outcomes both positive and those that might be more worrying. Where she could be reassuring she was and this was especially appreciated (as this was the right approach for me as a practitioner psychologist ). To have denied that reassurance would have caused unnecessary anxiety whilst awaiting results over time. I travel for 5-6 hrs for appointnents and do not want to move appointments or surgery nearer to home. The relationship is too important''
