I believe that all treatment should be tailored and individualised to each and every patient. I will spend as much time as needed with every patient to ensure that the procedure and timing is right for them.

Breast surgery does not necessarily have to be a mastectomy. I am skilled and experienced in breast oncoplastic procedures, including volume replacement techniques such as therapeutic mammoplasty and advancement techniques to ensure good oncological results as well as excellent cosmesis.

Should a mastectomy be necessary then she offers immediate reconstruction if appropriate; this means that I will perform the mastectomy and the reconstruction on the same day at the same time.  My particular interest and expertise is immediate reconstruction using breast implants and has excellent cosmetic and oncological results.

I work in close collaboration with plastic surgery colleagues for autologous reconstructions such as deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flaps if required.
